We place an emphasis on delivery of quality legal services with an emphasis on issues related to high technology, government contracts, science, and global business. Our excellence is substantiated by our academic achievements, professional certifications, authorship, and former federal and state government leadership roles. Problem solving business risks, intellectual property, data privacy compliance, contract negotiations, conforming global regulations and law, and government contracts are some of the issues our firm manages successfully.
What makes us unique is the personal attention, commitment and energy we bring to each client relationship. Each client meets with a Partner on periodic basis to ensure that the client's planning and execution are designed specifically to meet her or his legal and business needs and goals.
