Mr. Joseph is President of Anticipatory Sciences Inc., Professor at Walden University and Metropolitan State University.  He holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Joseph holds three patents on computer hardware.  Mr. Joseph was a futurist and staff scientist for Sperry Univac (Unisys) for over 30 years. He is founder of the Minnesota Futurists (a chapter of the World Future Society) and is Editor of the journal Futurics. Mr. Joseph was founding chairman of the Board of Director of the Minnesota Computer Industry Coalition (MCIC). He was a key advisor to the Department of Defense in funding of the development of Very High Speed Large Scale Integration (VLSI/VHSI) circuit chip technology.
