Intelliware provides legal services including consulting, training, court advocacy, registrations and protections for intellectual property of all types.  Our services and fees are tailored to the medium and small-size businesses.

With medium and small size companies, cash flow, competition, market placement, and creative partnerships are important factors in surviving and growing.  In order to help you, our attorneys learn your business product, your market, and your business plans so that our strategies and actions protect your intellectual property today and also tomorrow.  We are partnerships with other attorneys who can assist you with related business law services.

We are always available to meet with you with a free hour consultation.

Our chief attorney, Ms. Hopkins, has practiced before the courts of the State of Minnesota, the U. S. Court of Federal Claims, in Washington, D.C., the U. S. Trademark Office, and the United States Copyright Office.  She authored a book on intellectual property law and provided advice to the National Economic Council and National Security Council, Office of the President of the United States.

She was chief drafter of the State of Minnesota's revision of data privacy laws in the late 1990's as well as developer of intellectual property protections for the State.  She has mastered public policy development, board hearings, litigation, and business strategies to ensure your success.
